you'll need an sd card, a pc and a willingness to trust me with a copy of your Treo/Centro...

1. download backupman and install
2. make a backup (backup 1)
3. delete any personal databases that you don't want me to see and that are not relevant to the problem (e.g. contacts database) using Filez or similar
4. make a new backup (backup2)
5. copy this backup to your pc using softick card export 2 (or a card reader, or similar app) - It's stored in /Palm/Programs/Backupman and is a single file called somebackup.set
6. send the .set file to me at rob <at> hobbyistsoftware -dot- com

all the linked programs are free to use at least for several weeks.
