Lost Codes

If you purchased after July 2005...

Your registration information is stored centrally at SmartphoneTools

To access your registration code, follow these steps

1) Using the email address that you used to purchase your registration code initially, log in at www.SmartphoneTools.com (login is on right of the page)

2) If you don't already have a password from when you first registered - then click here to recover your password (it will be sent to your email address)

3) Click on the 'My Software' Link (on the right of the page)

4) If you haven't already logged in to this site, then you may be required to give your hotsync id,

5) Any software you have purchased from HobbyistSoftware.com will be shown - with the Registration Codes under each application.

If you purchased before July 2005...

Then it's a bit more complicated...

If you purchased through Palmgear: You should have been given your registration codes immediately. If you didn't get these, then you should still be able to recover them by logging in to 'My Palmgear' and clicking on 'Order History'. Your registration code should be shown - though you might have to hunt a little.

If you purchased from anywhere else (except the Sprint over the air store - see below), then you should have received a mail from Mobiload.com giving you a link to generate your code. Unfortunately quite a few of these mails either bounce (typing error when entering your email address, or your email account is full) or they get stopped by over-zealous spam filters.

If you purchased from the Sprint over-the-air store...

Then unfortunately I have no record of your purchase or registration code. You should be able to download the application from Sprint - and it should register to your phone. If that doesn't work, please contact Sprint customer support.

Upgrades are not included with sales through Sprint (as I get such a small percentage of the sale price)
